Marymere Falls

Waterfall Port Angeles, Washington, United States

What to expect

Marymere Falls is a stunning 90-foot waterfall located near Lake Crescent. The falls can be accessed via a 1.8-mile roundtrip hike that starts from the Storm King Ranger Station or Lake Crescent Lodge. The trail takes you through an old-growth, moss-laden forest and offers scenic views of the surrounding area. The hike is considered easy and is suitable for families. The trail features a loop that offers two viewpoints of the waterfall, one from the hillside and one from a lower platform. The falls were named in honor of Mary Alice Barnes, sister of Charles Barnes, a member of the Press Expedition and homesteader along the shores of Lake Crescent
