What to expect
Northwest Trek Wildlife Park is a 723-acre wildlife park located near the town of Eatonville, Washington. The park is home to a variety of animals, including black and grizzly bears, grey wolves, bald eagles, cougars, wolverines, and bobcats. One of the park's main features is a tram tour that takes visitors through a 435-acre free-roam area, where animals such as moose, mountain goats, Roosevelt elk, and bison can be seen. The park also offers a Wild Drive tour, where visitors can drive their own vehicles through the free-roam area, as well as a Keeper Adventure Tour, which allows guests to go off-road in a Jeep with a keeper and get up close to the wildlife. The park is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums and is dedicated to conserving wildlife and protecting wild habitats. Visitors can also explore the park's walking paths, which feature enclosed spaces with animals such as western toads, gopher snakes, and bald eagles, as well as native plant life. The park has a variety of activities and exhibits that are suitable for families with children, making it a great place to visit for a fun and educational experience

Visiting Northwest Trek Wildlife Park Near Mount Rainier
Activities: We went on a half-day trip to Northwest Trek Wildlife Park, an area with native animals like bears, otters, and eagles, and a free-range preserve with elk, moose, bison, and mountain goats. We walked through the park to see all the animals, and the kids loved the Kids Trek Playground
