The Sehome Hill Arboretum is a 175.5-acre public park located in the Sehome neighborhood of Bellingham, Washington. It features a network of trails that wind through a lush, second-growth forest, as well as an 80-foot wooden observation tower with aerial views of Bellingham Bay. The arboretum is jointly managed by the city and Western Washington University and offers over 5 miles of public trails for walking, running, and bicycling. The park also features a large tunnel, hand-cut into rock in 1923, and a variety of native plant species, including trees, shrubs, and flowers. Visitors can explore the arboretum's trails, climb to the top of the observation tower, and enjoy the sounds of nature and the surrounding cityscape
