What to expect
Miller's Head is a great place for families to visit, with a 1.6-mile round trip hike that leads to a spectacular viewpoint at the site of a former fire tower. The trail is rocky and the return is a bit steep, but the views of the surrounding valley are well worth the effort. Kids will love heading out on this great trail and enjoying the viewpoint. The trail is well-maintained and easy to follow, making it a great option for families with children. The hike is considered moderately challenging and takes about 2 hours to complete, with an elevation gain of 450 feet
