What to expect

The Lewis Falls Trail is a 3.3-mile circuit hike that leads to an observation point over a beautiful 81-foot waterfall. The hike is considered moderate and takes around 4 hours to complete, with an elevation gain of 990 feet. The trail starts from the Big Meadows amphitheater and descends steeply to the falls viewing platform. Pets are allowed on the trail, but must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times. The trail does not meet ADA accessibility guidelines
