Torpedo Factory

The Torpedo Factory Art Center is a former naval munitions plant turned art center, located on the Potomac River waterfront in Old Town Alexandria. It is home to 72 studios, ten galleries, and 150 juried artists working in a diversity of media. Visitors can meet artists at work, find one-of-a-kind keepsakes and statement pieces, and enjoy a variety of events. The art center also features the Target Gallery, which rotates exhibitions featuring national and international work, as well as the Post-MFA Residency Studio and the New Project Studio.
