What to expect

Skyline Arch is a popular landmark in Arches National Park, Utah. It is situated in a high wall and can be reached via a short, easy hike. The arch is about 0.4 miles round trip and has an elevation change of 28 feet. The trail is well-defined and relatively flat, but it is not accessible to wheelchairs due to steps at the beginning. However, an alternative paved path is available from the Devils Garden campground. The arch is constantly changing, with a large boulder falling out of it in 1940, roughly doubling the size of the opening. Remnants of this rockfall can be seen at the base of the arch. The area offers beautiful scenery and the chance to see wildlife, making it a great spot for hiking and walking
