What to expect

Broken Arch is a natural arch located in Arches National Park, Utah. It is not actually broken, but rather wearing thin along the lintel. The arch can be accessed via a 1.7-mile round-trip hike from the Broken Arch Trailhead, which is located near the Devils Garden Campground. The trail takes you through sand dunes and slickrock, and passes under the arch. The area is also home to other notable formations, including Sand Dune Arch and Skyline Arch. The trail is considered easy to moderate in difficulty and is not accessible to wheelchairs. The area is a good place to spot wildlife, and visitors are advised to maintain a respectful distance from any animals they encounter
