Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park is a majestic and iconic landscape with sandstone masterpieces that tower at heights of 400 to 1,000 feet, framed by scenic clouds casting shadows that graciously roam the desert floor. The park offers a 17-mile loop drive for a view of the scenic beauty and magnificent formations, as well as guided jeep tours and hiking trails, including the Wildcat Trail, a 3.2-mile loop hike into one of the most scenic areas of the park. Visitors can also explore the park's scenic drives, which are suitable for high-clearance vehicles, and take in the stunning views of the surrounding mesas and buttes. The park is home to various vendors selling hand-crafted jewelry and other items, and visitors can also learn about the park's history and geology at the visitor center
