The Druid Arch Trail is a 10.8-mile out-and-back trail that offers spectacular rock formations and stunning scenery. The trail follows the first part of the Chesler Park trail, then branches off to travel along the bottom of Elephant Canyon through deep sand and loose rock. The last 1.25 miles of the trail are steep with one ladder and some scrambling. The trail is not accessible to wheelchairs and dogs are not allowed. The trail is suitable for families with children, but parents should be prepared for a challenging hike with loose sand, slippery rocks, and elevation changes. It's recommended to bring plenty of water, snacks, and sturdy footwear. The trail offers great views throughout the way, making it a great place to visit with family and friends
