The Chris Kyle Memorial Plaza in Odessa, Texas is a 2,800 square foot monument composed of granite and Texas limestone, honoring the legendary Navy SEAL, Chris Kyle, and his fellow team members who sacrificed their lives for their country. The plaza features a central sculpture of Chris Kyle, flanked by two individual plazas representing his team members, all interconnected. The site also includes low memorial walls of polished black granite, engraved with Chris's medals and accomplishments, providing seating spaces for reflection, and reflecting the visitor's own face. The plaza is adorned with Texas and United States flags, raised and lowered daily, and shaded by Texas live oak trees from the ranch of George W. Bush
