Memorial Park is a 1,466-acre municipal park in Houston, Texas, and one of the largest urban parks in the United States. The park features various facilities, including the 18-hole Memorial Park Golf Course, tennis, softball, swimming, track, croquet, volleyball, skating, cycling, and a running course. The park also has miles of multi-use trails, a 'picnic' loop, softball fields, sand volleyball courts, and a field for playing rugby or soccer. The Houston Arboretum and Nature Center, an arboretum and botanical garden, sits on 155 acres within the park. The park is a great place for families to visit, with plenty of outdoor activities and space for recreation
