What to expect
The Upper River Trail is a 4.2-mile loop hike located near Dripping Springs, Texas. The trail takes visitors along the scenic western portion of Milton Reimers Ranch and features a variety of sights and terrain, including cactus, ferns, level gravel, and rock scrambling. The trail also includes a scenic river bed and trickling streams with moss. The area is home to beautiful scenery, fantastic views, and blooming wildflowers. The trail is suitable for hiking and running, and dogs are welcome but must be on a leash. Nearby attractions include swimming in the Pedernales River, rock climbing, and mountain biking trails
