The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is a 66-acre botanical garden located on the southeastern shore of White Rock Lake in East Dallas, Texas. The garden features 11 lush display gardens with seasonal color all year long and is home to the Southwest's largest outdoor floral festival, Dallas Blooms Spring. The garden includes several named gardens, such as the Margaret Elisabeth Jonsson Color Garden, A Woman's Garden, and the Nancy Rutchik Red Maple Rill. The DeGolyer Estate, a 22,000-square-foot Spanish-style house, is also located on the grounds and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The garden offers a tranquil oasis for visitors to enjoy the beauty of nature and provides facilities for events, weddings, and educational programs
