Northwest Balcones Park, also known as Talleyran Park, is a great place for a family hike. The park features a 1.9 km loop trail that is moderately challenging and takes about 30 minutes to complete. The trail is mostly in the shade, making it a great summer time hike. The park is suitable for hiking, running, and walking, and dogs are welcome on a leash. The trail can be hard to find at some points, so it's suggested to download the route ahead of time to navigate
