Stax Museum of American Soul Music

The Stax Museum of American Soul Music is a museum dedicated to the history of soul music. It features a replica of the original Stax recording studio, as well as exhibits on the history of soul music, including a circa-1906 authentic Mississippi Delta church, a recreation of the original recording studio and control room, and a collection of memorabilia such as stage costumes, photographs, and instruments used by famous soul musicians.
