Independence Mall

Independence Mall, also known as 'America's Most Historic Square Mile,' is a three-block section of Independence National Historical Park located directly north of Independence Hall and south of the National Constitution Center. The mall is home to free speech, special events, and public programming, and is wheelchair accessible. The area is part of a larger historic district that preserves several sites associated with the American Revolution and the nation's founding history, including Independence Hall, where the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were debated and adopted. The park contains many historic buildings, such as the Liberty Bell Center, Congress Hall, and Franklin Court, which are all within walking distance of Independence Mall
