What to expect
Southampton Beach is a beautiful destination with approximately seven miles of extraordinary oceanfront and eleven individual beaches. The beaches offer a range of activities and amenities, including concession stands, chair and umbrella rentals, bathrooms, and fresh water showers. Some beaches, like Coopers Beach, have lifeguard supervision, while others are unregulated. The Town of Southampton also offers a variety of recreational programs for residents of all ages, including instructional programs, sports leagues, and exercise and health and safety courses. Additionally, the town has implemented a free SPF 30 sunscreen program at 13 parks and beaches
