The deck is situated at the top of 30 Rockefeller Plaza, 70 floors above ground. The observation deck also features new additions, including the Skylift and The Beam Experience, which provide rare and thrilling perspectives of the city. The Top of the Rock experience is suitable for all ages, and children under 5 years old can enter for free. The observation deck has a café and bar, The Weather Room, which offers locally-sourced casual fare and drinks. Restrooms are available on the 66th floor, accessible by elevator from the 67th floor
