Queens Zoo

The Queens Zoo is a 13-acre zoo located in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, featuring North American animals and birds in naturalistic settings. The zoo is home to a variety of species, including bears, bison, wolves, water fowl, raccoons, otters, and a mountain lion. The aviary, a Buckminster Fuller-designed geodesic dome, features a spiral walkway and screens that let air circulate through the structure.
