Explora Science Center and Children’s Museum

Explora Science Center and Children's Museum is a science center that provides real experiences with real things, putting people's learning in their own hands. The museum has over 250 interactive exhibits and activities in science, technology, engineering, art, and math for the whole family. It employs a hands-on, inquiry-based learning approach, with exhibits designed to engage visitors of all ages. The museum features a laminar flow fountain, an experiment bar, an arts and crafts area, and a high-wire bike, among other exhibits. Explora is a member of the Association of Science-Technology Centers and has received several awards, including the National Medal for Museum and Library Service
