Cape May Beach is a family-friendly destination with over two miles of pristine bathing beaches along the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is clean, and restrooms are available every half-mile along the promenade. Beach tags are required for entrance to the beach from Memorial Day through Labor Day for individuals 12 and older. The beach offers various activities such as swimming, skimboarding, volleyball, surfing, fishing, and kayaking. It's also a great spot for birdwatching, particularly during the spring and fall migration. The area is home to many natural attractions, including the Cape May Bird Observatory, Cape May Lighthouse, and Higbee Wildlife Management Area
