What to expect

The Highline Trail is a 24.0-km out-and-back trail located near Siyeh Bend, Montana, in Glacier National Park. It is generally considered a challenging route, taking an average of 7 hours and 1 minute to complete. The trail is very popular for backpacking, camping, and hiking, and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Along the way, visitors can see wildlife such as bears, bighorn sheep, and mountain goats, and enjoy the beautiful wildflowers in July. The trail also features a historic wilderness lodge, the Granite Park Chalet, which can be reached only by trail and offers overnight stays with prior reservation. The trail is suitable for families with children, but dogs are not allowed
