The park features a 53-foot waterfall, limestone bluffs, and river overlooks, as well as oak, elm, silver maple, basswood, hackberry, and cottonwood trees, and native and prairie woodland wildflowers. Visitors can hike the Minnehaha Falls Loop, a 1.3-km easy route that takes about 19 minutes to complete, and enjoy scenic views, beautiful waterfalls, and easy walking paths.
