What to expect

Race Point Beach is a beautiful beach located at the northernmost point on Cape Cod, with swift currents and deeper water closer to shore. The beach is popular with beachgoers year-round and offers a path from the parking area across the dunes to the beach. The Old Harbor Life-Saving Station Museum is nestled in the dunes and provides a glimpse of daily life for the men of the US Lifesaving Service. The beach is also a good spot for whale watching in the spring and has a scenic view. It is wheelchair accessible and has seasonal restrooms, showers, and changing rooms
