Ted Ensley Gardens

The Ted Ensley Gardens is a 37.5-acre garden area featuring a panoramic view of Lake Shawnee and spectacular plantings in a beautiful and tranquil setting with meandering paths and seating areas. The garden has been dubbed 'world class' by visitors and includes features such as 1,200 varieties of perennials, 300 varieties of annuals, roses, trees, and shrubs, as well as a gazebo, pergola, and pagoda with meditation garden. The garden also has an arboretum with 450 trees, including 120 varieties, and a nature preserve. Visitors can enjoy paved walking trails, an ADA accessible deck, and water and rock gardens.
