The Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of native and migratory wild birds that have been harmed or displaced. The center consists of two facilities: an animal hospital where wounded birds are rehabilitated, and the Laura Quinn Wild Bird Sanctuary, which houses more than 90 birds that cannot be released back into the wild due to sustained injuries. Visitors can embark on a self-guided tour through the habitat to see hawks, owls, pelicans, vultures, herons, and more. The sanctuary provides humane, natural enclosures where the birds can live out the rest of their lives comfortably. The center also offers a visitor education center and a gift shop
