Lake Eola Park is a public park located in Downtown Orlando, Florida. The park features a small lake, known as Lake Eola, which is actually a sinkhole and is famous for its fountain. The fountain changes colors at night like a light show. The park also includes the Walt Disney Amphitheater, which hosts many community events and various performances year-round, a Chinese pagoda, and a playground. A 0.9-mile multi-use sidewalk surrounds the lake, making it a great place for families to walk and enjoy the scenery. The park has a rich history, dating back to 1883 when it was donated to the city by Jacob Summerlin, and has since been expanded and improved to become a popular destination for both locals and visitors
