What to expect

Oleta River State Park is a 1,043-acre state park located in North Miami Beach, Florida. The park features over 10 miles of intermediate and advanced mountain bike trails, as well as 4 miles of novice trails and 3 miles of paved trail for beginners. Visitors can also enjoy canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding, with guided tours and equipment rentals available. The park has a beach on Biscayne Bay, a fishing pier, and a primitive group camping area for organized youth groups. Additionally, there are 14 quaint cabins with covered porches and picnic tables, as well as a youth campground. The park is committed to providing accessible amenities, including beach wheelchairs, wheelchair-friendly beach access, and accessible restrooms. The park is also home to a variety of wildlife, including several endangered species, and offers opportunities for bird-watching and nature photography
