Flamingo Gardens is a 60-acre botanical garden and wildlife sanctuary that offers a peaceful day out for families. The gardens feature over 3,000 species of tropical and subtropical plants, including a mango orchard, pollinator's garden, and a jungle-like arboretum with 16 Champion trees. The wildlife sanctuary is home to a variety of animals, including American flamingos, alligators, bobcats, Florida panthers, and birds of prey. Visitors can take a narrated tram tour, visit the historic Wray Home, and explore the Everglades aviary, which houses one of the largest collections of birds and animals in the United States.
