Honeymoon Island State Park

Honeymoon Island State Park is a beautiful barrier island with over four miles of beach and a three-mile trail through a virgin slash pine forest. The park is home to a variety of wildlife, including eagles, osprey, great horned owls, gopher tortoises, raccoons, and armadillos. Visitors can enjoy swimming, fishing, shelling, hiking, and bicycling, making it an ideal getaway for families. The park is also the ferry terminal for access to Caladesi Island State Park.
