The Red & White mountain trail is a 19.0-km point-to-point trail near Vail, Colorado. It's considered a moderately challenging route, taking an average of 5 hours and 29 minutes to complete. The trail offers scenic views from large meadows and is suitable for backpacking, camping, and hiking. The trail follows the Red and White ridgetop, providing numerous scenic views. A 4-wheel drive road, Red and White Mountain Road #734, is also available, which is moderate with some more difficult sections requiring 4wd low gear. The road gets very slick when muddy and offers views of Mt. Powell, Vail Ski Area, and Mt. of the Holy Cross. The area has several trails, including the Buffehr Creek Trail and the Davos Singletrack Trail, and offers open views of Beaver Creek Ski Area
