Lake Loveland is a private lake with recreational rights belonging to the surrounding homeowners, managed by the Lake Loveland Recreation Club. The public can access the South Shore, which offers fishing and a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. North Lake Park, located on the north side of the lake, features a park with a train, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, picnicking, softball fields, and an amphitheater. The lake is surrounded by walking paths and recreation trails, and there are numerous benches and sculptures to enjoy. The nearby Benson Sculpture Park is also worth visiting, with over a hundred sculptures in a beautiful outdoor setting
