Chatfield Reservoir

Chatfield Reservoir is a flood-control reservoir on the South Platte River, offering water recreation and outdoor adventures. The reservoir has a surface area of 1,500 acres and a maximum depth of 47 meters. It is surrounded by Chatfield State Park, which provides opportunities for camping, hiking, biking, and horseback riding.
