The Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center is a unique and educational wildlife experience located in a scenic mountain setting. The center is home to wolves, coyotes, and foxes that live and thrive in large wooded enclosures. Visitors can take an hour-long tour to meet the resident animals, learn their histories, and gain a better understanding of how they and their habitat are being threatened. The tour culminates with a group 'wolf howl' where visitors can join in and, with luck, the wolves will begin to howl, creating a magical and serene experience. The center also offers full-moon tours, special events, and volunteer opportunities. For an additional fee, visitors can have an 'up-close and personal' interactional wolf experience with their photo taken with several of the animals. The center is wheelchair accessible, with loading/unloading for wheelchair access, ADA-compliant restrooms, and a golf cart available for those who have issues walking. The center also has a gift shop and accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, and personal checks
