What to expect

The Seven Bridges Trail is a popular hiking trail located in North Cheyenne Cañon, Colorado Springs. The trail is 5.78 miles roundtrip and has a moderate difficulty level with an elevation gain of 1,597 feet. It follows a mountain stream and is one of the few cool hikes in the summer, even at mid-day. The trail is mostly shaded by the forest and features seven wooden bridges. Dogs on leash are allowed, and they will enjoy splashing in the creek. The trail ends in Jones Park, a meadow where you can find wildflowers in the spring. The hike is suitable for families and takes around 2-3 hours to complete, depending on the pace
