Sutro Forest is a historic forest located in San Francisco, California. It is over a hundred years old and features 80 acres of trees, including eucalyptus, Monterey Pine, Monterey Cyprus, and Blue Gum Eucalyptus. The forest has a unique foggy climate, making it a Cloud Forest, and is home to over 45 species of birds. Visitors can hike through the forest on its many trails, which offer stunning views of the city. The forest is also home to the Rotary Meadow, a native plant garden. The area is maintained by UCSF, which is committed to preserving the natural environment and keeping the site safe and accessible
