The Koret Children's Quarter and Golden Gate Park Carousel is a playground and carousel located in Golden Gate Park. The playground features an accessible children's play area, accessible parking, accessible picnic area, and accessible restroom. The playground was renovated in 2007 and includes a climbing wall shaped like waves, a rope climbing structure, and a historic concrete slide. The carousel, built in 1914, features 62 colorfully painted menagerie animals, including a dragon, camel, and goat, as well as horses, frogs, dogs, roosters, and pigs. The carousel's painted panels depict Bay Area landscapes. The picnic area adjacent to the carousel and playground can be reserved
