Lady Bird Johnson Grove

Grove Orick, California, United States

What to expect

Lady Bird Johnson Grove is a beautiful redwood forest located near the top of a ridge in Redwood National Park. The grove has a more open feeling than some others, allowing visitors to see the sky above the trees and photograph entire redwoods. A 1.5-mile loop trail takes visitors through the grove, which is home to a variety of trees and shrubs, including colorful rhododendrons that blossom from May to mid-June. The trail is not ADA accessible, but service animals are welcome. The grove is a great place for families to visit and explore, with its easy trail and stunning natural beauty
