The Aerospace Museum of California is a great place for families to explore and learn about aviation and aerospace. The museum features a 40,000 square foot exhibit hall, over 40 historic aircraft and rockets, a 4-acre outdoor Air Park, and incredible traveling exhibits. Visitors can engage with interactive STEM activities, pilot their own adventure, and explore the history of aviation and aerospace. The museum is focused on current educational standards in science, technology, engineering, and math (S.T.E.M.) topics and offers a Flight Zone with professional flight simulators. The museum also has a collection of historic aircraft engines and artifacts relating to Sacramento's aerospace heritage
