Lake Natoma

Lake Folsom, California, United States

What to expect

Lake Natoma is a regulating reservoir for releases from Folsom Lake, offering opportunities for hiking, biking, running, picnicking, horseback riding, water-skiing, and boating. The lake is popular for crew races, sailing, kayaking, and other aquatic sports. There is a 5-mph speed limit enforced on the entire lake, making it an excellent facility for non-motorized boat recreation.
