Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park is a state park in California, located 12 miles south of Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park on California's Pacific coast. The park features McWay Falls, an 80-foot waterfall that drops into the Pacific Ocean, as well as 300-foot redwoods that are over 2,500 years old. The park is named after Julia Pfeiffer Burns, a respected resident and rancher in the Big Sur region. The park stretches from the Big Sur coastline into nearby 3,000-foot ridges and offers panoramic views of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary
