What to expect

The Peak Trail is a 0.6 mi (1.0 km) long trail with an elevation gain of roughly 400 feet (644 - 1044 ft/196-318 m) and a 12.6% grade. It is initially paved before turning to gravel. The trail leads directly to the Hot Springs Mountain Tower and the top of Hot Springs Mountain, offering stunning views and opportunities to explore the surrounding landscape. The trail is considered moderately challenging and is suitable for the entire family. Visitors can enjoy hiking, running, and walking, and dogs are welcome on a leash. The trail is open year-round and is a great connector to other hiking trails in the area
