The Desert Botanical Garden is a 140-acre botanical garden located in Papago Park, Phoenix, Arizona. It features more than 50,000 plants in over 4,000 taxa, with a focus on plants adapted to desert conditions. The garden has collections of agave, cacti, and other plants from around the world, including an Australian collection, a Baja California collection, and a South American collection. Several ecosystems are represented, including a mesquite bosque, semi-desert grassland, and upland chaparral. The garden offers specialized tours, workshops, and lectures on desert landscaping and horticulture, nature art, and photography, as well as health and wellness.
