The Giant Logs Loop is a 0.6-mile loop trail in Petrified Forest National Park, Arizona. It is a popular trail due to its short distance and mild elevation changes. The trail features some of the largest and most colorful petrified logs, including the Old Faithful log, which is 35 feet long and was named after the Old Faithful Geyser in Yellowstone National Park. The trail is kid-friendly and offers a scenic viewpoint with a west-facing view that is particularly beautiful at sunset. An interpretive trail guide is available at the Rainbow Forest Museum, which corresponds to numbered posts along the trail. The area is also home to the Stephen T. Mather plaque, honoring one of the most influential conservationists who helped establish the National Park Service
