Kenai Fjords National Park is a national park located on the Kenai Peninsula in south-central Alaska, west of the town of Seward. The park covers an area of 669,984 acres and features stunning scenery, incredible wildlife, and ocean adventures. It is home to the Harding Icefield, one of the largest ice fields in the United States, and numerous fjords carved by glaciers moving down the mountains from the ice field. The park is inhabited by a variety of terrestrial and marine mammals, including brown and black bears, moose, sea otters, harbor seals, humpback and killer whales. Visitors can enjoy boat tours, kayaking, camping, hiking, and other activities in the park. Exit Glacier, located just outside Seward, is a popular destination and the only part of the park accessible by land.
