The Alaska Chilkat Bald Eagle Preserve is a 48,000-acre preserve located near Haines, Alaska. It is one of the largest gatherings of bald eagles in the world, with over 3,000 eagles congregating in the area from October to February. The preserve is also home to other wildlife such as moose, bears, and mountain goats. Visitors can view the eagles from designated parking areas and trails, including a 2-mile riverside trail.
