Botanic Gardens is a public garden in Belfast, Northern Ireland, occupying 28 acres of south Belfast. The gardens are popular with office workers, students, and tourists, and feature several notable attractions, including the Palm House and the Tropical Ravine. The Palm House is one of the earliest examples of a glasshouse made from curved iron and glass and contains a range of tropical plants, hanging baskets, and seasonal displays. The Tropical Ravine features some of the oldest seed plants around today, as well as banana, cinnamon, bromeliad, and orchid plants. The gardens also contain one of the longest herbaceous borders in the UK and Ireland, a rose garden, and various species of trees. The park is a venue for concerts and festivals, making it a great place to visit with family and friends
