Nick Thorn Surf School is a great place for families to learn and enjoy water activities together. The school offers surf lessons for all abilities and ages, from 6 years old, and provides a supportive environment for mastering the fundamentals of surfing. They also offer Stand Up Paddle boarding, coasteering, and junior lifeguard training. The school is based at Putsborough, North Devon, which is a hidden gem of the North Devon Beaches, facing west into the open Atlantic and part of Woolacombe bay. The 3-mile beach offers a wide range of activities and has a laid-back and enthusiastic staff. There is also a fantastic cafe right on the beach and accommodation available at Putsborough Sands
