Sheringham Beach is a family-friendly destination with two glorious sandy beaches, Sheringham East and West, both awarded the Blue Flag for their excellent quality. The beaches have shallow water and vast expanses of golden sand at low tide, making them suitable for young children and families. The promenade is lined with colourful beach huts, cafes, and facilities such as toilets and showers. The beach is patrolled by RNLI Lifeguards during the main holiday season, and there are amenities like paddle board hire for the more adventurous. The town has a vibrant atmosphere, with a heritage steam railway, theatre, museum, and many independent shops and restaurants. Visitors can enjoy the town's events, including the summer carnival and the 1940's weekend, and explore the surrounding area, which includes the Norfolk Coast Path, Sheringham Park, and other National Trust locations

Activities: We went to Sheringham for a beach day, but the beach is a pebble beach! We walked around, played between the beach huts and then played with the pebbles. "Erin actually had way more fun doing this than I thought."
Highlights: Erin "had way more fun" playing with the pebbles. We loved "watching Erin have so much fun." ✨
